• Most practices are 15 minutes in length and can be done without any preparation or special clothing.

• You don’t need to be strong, flexible, young, or in-shape to do Yoga Therapy.

How does Yoga Therapy work?

Yoga Therapy works by balancing the human system. By providing you with an individualized routine, Yoga Therapy allows you to make continual improvement. The individualized routine or practice is constantly adjusted as your human system changes and as your circumstances change.

What are some of the benefits of Yoga Therapy?

How long and how often are sessions?

The first session is a 90-minute evaluation of the patient’s health and wellness. Follow-up sessions (every 3-4 weeks) are 50-minutes in length and are used to continually optimize the efficacy of the therapy.

What is the cost?

The intake session (90-minutes) is $185.00. Follow-up sessions (50 minutes) are $150.00. At this time, Yoga Therapy is not covered by health insurance.

Marcel has 15 years experience working as a clinical Yoga Therapist. Marcel competed a 4 year training program and a 2 year clinical internship in Yoga Therapy.

Marcel specializes in working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and stress-related illnesses. He helps clients to stabilize and balance their human system so that symptoms can be reduced, and better decisions can be made with respects to their own health and wellness.
